when u kill people it gives more of a change to find more of those healing things. more drops n stuff

i think luck is a load ov crap you dont need it just kill people when your low on health usually afull recov or sumfing appears

It's not proven but most people belive that it increases your chance of getting a item/weapon/meatbun ect. this is exactly what luck is. the seven star sash and the hex hourse are luck items. p.s. the hex cannot give luck unless mounted on back when item is obtained. |
